Is My New Weigh Right For You?

My New Weigh focuses on weight loss and behavior change. In our classes and individual meetings we cover topics including stress management, goal setting, healthy boundaries, breaking unhealthy habits, personal accountability, and other topics to help support your progress.

We also cover nutrition and physical activity topics such as calculating exercise calories, calorie counting and journaling, understanding proteins, carbohydrates and fats, meal planning, and weight loss and weight maintenance strategies.

The My New Weigh program follows a structured meal plan with the use of low-calorie meal replacements. The product is used to make simple shakes plus many other recipes, including muffins, pizzas, soups, and more.

My New Weigh is ideal for people needing to lose 30 pounds or more, or who have been advised by their doctor that weight loss is needed because of a medical condition. The program has options for weekly in-person or virtual meetings, either 1 on 1 or small group meetings.

Your My New Weigh sessions meet weekly for 20 weeks, in the same location, at the same time. You will work with the same coach and group of peers through your entire journey. Select the class start date that works best for you, as attendance is crucial to your success.

Trust The Process
This 20 week group-based weight loss program is specifically designed to help you lose weight and address weight related health issues*

My New Weigh is designed to produce rapid weight loss. This program is for people with a need for significant weight loss, pre-operative weight loss, or weight related medical issues. While you are in the program, your weight loss and medical progress is monitored by registered dietitians and medical endocrinologists from the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

My New Weigh is held at the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center located on the prestigious Anschutz Medical Campus, and affiliated with the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
