MOTIVATION

WHAT IS PACE?

PACE is a 9-week program to kick start your personal wellness goals. In the program, we focus on three key areas of wellness: Mindset, Motivation and Movement. As a group, you and your PACE peers will meet for 90 minutes each week with a transformation coach and an exercise physiologist so you can get the most out of a program that's right for you.

WHY IS PACE DIFFERENT?

PACE is the only program in Denver where a transformation coach guides you for 30 mins each week to maintain a positive mindset, reset your personal goals,  and put the power of a team behind you. Your team of 12 is also paired for 50 minutes with an expert trainer. It’s simply the most affordable way to get the expertise of two coaches, and get results fast.

WHAT WILL I LEARN? 

The first 30 minutes each week will be in a team setting with your transformation coach, where you’ll discover and discuss examples of the 8 key components to a positive mindset, including goal setting, defining personal values and wellness behaviors, strengthening your community of support, and you’ll be introduced to easy to use mindfulness techniques and tools. 

We also explore what to do if the going gets tough by providing exercises and observing how our behaviors and experiences can be crafted to overcome these barriers. We’ll take time to examine what to do in case of a relapse or setback in your progress. Your team will also be your support community, cheering you on and helping to hold you accountable throughout the program.

Then, for 50 minutes, our expert exercise physiologists will guide you through a team fitness program customized to the group’s needs, with additional motivational content. Our experts will get to know you personally and get at the heart of what motivates YOU, so you can reach your goal.

WHAT IS THE FITNESS PROGRAM LIKE?

In Week 1 of the program, we include a baseline assessment to get to know your strengths and weaknesses better. Then, we do it again in Week 9 to measure your results!

In Weeks 2-9, our exercise physiologists will guide you through a fitness program customized to the group’s overall skill level and provide guidance for individual needs. This program is suitable for all fitness levels, but be prepared to challenge yourself just a bit further than you thought was possible—that’s you challenging your own mindset.
