WHAT IS PACE?

PACE is a 9-week program to kick start your personal wellness goals. In the program, we focus on three key areas of wellness: Mindset, Motivation and Movement. As a group, you and your PACE peers will meet for 90 minutes each week with a transformation coach and an exercise physiologist so you can personalize a program that's right for you.

WHY IS PACE DIFFERENT?

You'll be able to customize a program that's right for you! Plus, the program is led by experts in exercise physiology—specialized knowledge you won’t find anywhere else in Denver.  Coming up with fitness goals is easy. Reaching them is another story—especially by yourself. If you’ve ever said, “I wish I could . . .” but didn’t know where to begin, PACE is for you.

WHAT WILL I LEARN? 

The first 30 minutes each week will be in a team setting with your transformation coach, where you’ll learn the key components to a positive mindset, including goal setting, defining personal values and wellness behaviors, strengthening community and mindfulness techniques and tools. We also explore what to do if the going gets tough by addressing overcoming barriers and what to do in case of a relapse or setback in your progress. Your team will also be your support community, helping to hold you accountable throughout the program.

Then, for 50 minutes, our experts in exercise physiology will guide you through a fitness program customized to your fitness level, with additional motivational content.  Our experts get to know you personally and get at the heart of what motivates YOU, so you can reach your goal.

WHAT IS THE FITNESS PROGRAM LIKE?

In Week 1 of the program, we include an assessment to get to know your strengths and weaknesses better. Then, we do it again in Week 9 to measure your results. 

In Weeks 2-9, our exercise physiologists will guide you through a fitness program customized to your skill level. This program is suitable for all fitness levels, but be prepared to challenge yourself just a bit further than you thought was possible—that’s you challenging your own mindset.

WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES DESIGNED FOR PARTICIPANTS IN PACE?

By participating in PACE, you will grow in three areas: Mind, Body and Community.

  • Mind: Working with your transformation coach, you’ll identify personal motivators and build an optimal mindset, while linking behaviors to a reward you choose!
  • Body: Defined by your goals, our expert exercise physiologists will guide you through a fitness program customized to your skill level to improve your physical performance, and support continued weight maintenance and/or adherence to physical activity for healthy living.
  • Community: PACE is a group program, so you’ll build and leverage a community of support leading to greater accountability—a proven foundation of sustained health living.

Mindset and motivation are the cornerstones of achieving your health and fitness goals, but are challenging for many of us. A “one-size-fits-all” program isn’t the answer, so we designed the PACE program to put your mind to work on what matters to you. Combining mindset and motivation techniques in a small-group setting, with guided fitness program customized to your skill level (movement), PACE will help you develop and obtain your personal fitness goals—anything from weight loss and weight loss maintenance to rekindling or embarking on a new fitness regimen to improving your performance in your favorite sport.
