This half-day workshop, led by registered dietitians, is designed to give you an effective, research-based foundation for long term weight management success, and explains the what, why, and how of the most effective, research-based weight loss tools.

Success starts with these four tools:

  • Identifying and sustaining motivation
  • Learning the correct caloric balance
  • Getting a grip on portion control
  • Self-monitoring with mobile apps and other tools

Upon completion of the workshop, participants are eligible to register for the Weight Loss 4 Life Ongoing Support Program.

Research shows ongoing support is a key component of permanent weight loss success, and the Weight Loss 4 Life Ongoing Support Program offers just that.

This program offers long-term support tools and the accountability you need using research-based behavior change strategies for big picture success.

With an emphasis on lasting behavior change, classes include a group check-in, monthly topic, and discussion. Classes meet twice per month and enrollment is ongoing. You can choose when to enroll and for how long within the memberships listed below.

I strongly believe in moderation, especially as it relates to weight loss maintenance. What is right for one person may not be right for another, and each client deserves to be met where they are currently. Small changes in behavior add up to big changes in your health. Change is difficult but worth it!
