Philosophy
I strongly believe in moderation, especially as it relates to weight loss maintenance. What is right for one person may not be right for another, and each client deserves to be met where they are currently. Small changes in behavior add up to big changes in your health. Change is difficult but worth it!

“I truly appreciate that you bring research-based studies into our lessons. It seems like so much “diet advice” is pseudo-science and I like that we are learning things that are backed by legit research. It’s helping me keep an open mind to some of my previous notions about things” – study participant*

“I can’t tell you how grateful I am to be here.  I feel like I’m getting myself under control…finally! This knowledge that you are providing is stuff that we will use forever. Thank you for choosing a career to help people like me. Thanks for believing in me when I thought I couldn’t succeed.” – study participant*
